Welcome to "XuePlay" ("We" or "This App"). We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect,
use, store, and protect your personal information when you use this App.

1.1 Account Information (Logged-in Users Only)
When you choose to Sign in with Apple, we collect the unique identifier assigned by your Apple ID, your email
address (or the relay email provided by Apple if you choose to hide it), and your name (if provided during the
first login). You can also set a nickname and avatar (uploaded voluntarily) in the App. This information is used
to establish your user profile and enabling cloud data synchronization.
1.2 Focus Data
- Focus Records & Learning Progress: Includes focus task names, duration, start/end times,
stage/difficulty settings, learning/reading/paper progress, achievements, and virtual items.
- Focus Feedback & Behavior Statistics: Includes focus ratings, completion status, switching
counts, etc., used for statistics and improving user experience.
- Processing Method: If you are not logged in or have cloud sync disabled, this data is
stored only on your local device. If you enable cloud sync or manually upload an archive, this data will be
encrypted and stored on our cloud servers.
1.3 AI Interaction Data
When you use the App's AI features (e.g., AI stage generation, smart parsing of imported records), the content
you submit may be sent to our backend service and processed by third-party AI services. Please note:
- Only Necessary Content Transmitted: May include task names/stage structures, focus types,
user habit rules, import file field names and sample rows; if you are logged in, the request will carry a
login token for authentication.
- Processing Method: Third-party AI services process only necessary text content and do not
directly access your account information. We use this only to generate results and ensure service quality,
storing logs for the shortest necessary period; it will not be used to train our own models. Third-party
usage rules are subject to their privacy policies.
1.4 Device & Transaction Information
- Transaction Information: All payments are processed through Apple App Store (IAP). We
verify membership status via RevenueCat. We do not access and will never store your bank card
numbers, payment passwords, or specific billing addresses.
- Device Information & Logs: For statistical analysis and crash troubleshooting, we may
collect device models, OS versions, app versions, network information, IP addresses, and crash logs.
2. Information Storage & Cross-Border Transmission
Please Note:
- Storage Location: The core database servers of this App are located in Mainland
China (Aliyun).
- Cross-Border Transmission Statement: If you are located outside Mainland China (e.g., USA,
Japan, Korea, Europe), using the online features of this App (e.g., Login, Cloud Sync) constitutes your
explicit consent to transmit your necessary personal information mentioned above to servers
within Mainland China for processing and storage. We will take strict industry-standard encryption measures
(e.g., HTTPS transmission encryption, database storage encryption) to protect data security.
- Retention Period: We retain your information only for the shortest period necessary to
achieve the purposes stated in this policy; after account deletion, we will delete or anonymize relevant
data, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
- Third-Party Processing: Some third-party services (e.g., subscription verification) may
process data outside of Mainland China, subject to their respective privacy policies.
3. Third-Party Service Sharing (SDK)
To implement specific features, we integrate the following third-party services (SDKs or APIs). These third-party
services usually have their own independent privacy policies, which we recommend you read carefully:
- Umeng Mobile Statistics SDK: Used for App data statistical analysis. Operator: Umeng
Tongxin (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. Information collected: Device information (model, system version,

- PocketBase (Hosted on Aliyun): Backend service used for storing user account IDs,
nicknames, avatars, cloud archives (learning/focus/gamification progress), and focus rating data.
- RevenueCat: Used for processing subscription verification and restoring purchases. May
collect app install identifiers, subscription/purchase receipts, and transaction status (excluding sensitive
payment account info).
- DeepSeek / Aliyun Bailian: Third-party AI services called by our backend to generate text.
Only processes necessary text content and does not directly access user identity information.
The data flow for the above third-party AI services is: The App sends necessary text content to our backend
service (possibly with a login token for auth), which then calls the third-party AI interface and returns the
result.
We will only initialize the Umeng Mobile Statistics SDK after you have read and agreed to this "Privacy Policy";
if you do not agree, we will not initialize this SDK.
4. System Permissions
This App may request the following permissions, which you can turn off at any time in system settings. Denying
authorization will not affect basic usage of the App:
- Notification Permission: Used for reminders when the focus countdown ends.
- Photo Library Permission: Requested only when you actively upload or modify your personal
avatar.
- Network Permission: Used for data sync, updating leaderboards, and verifying membership
status.
5. Your Rights
- Data Control: You can choose not to log in and use the App locally, with data stored mainly
on your device; when you use Cloud Sync, AI features, or consent to statistics, relevant data will be
uploaded to servers or third-party services.
- Access & Correction: Logged-in users can view and modify nicknames and avatars on the
"Profile" page.
- Account Deletion: You can click "Delete Account" in the App settings. Once deleted, all
your personal data on the server will be physically deleted and cannot be recovered.
- About Subscription Cancellation: Please note that deleting your account or
uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel your auto-renewal subscription. You need to
manually cancel the subscription in your iOS device "Settings" -> "Apple ID" -> "Subscriptions".
6. Disclaimer (AI Content)
Real-time conversation content in this App is automatically generated by large language models. Although we have
set keyword filtering mechanisms, generated content has randomness and does not represent the developer's views.
If you encounter inappropriate or incorrect content, please do not rely on it and we suggest you provide
feedback so we can optimize the prompts.
7. Protection of Minors
This App is primarily intended for college students and above (17+). If you are a minor under the age of 14,
please use this App under the guidance and supervision of a guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children. If we discover inadvertent collection, we will delete the relevant data as soon as
possible.
8. Updates to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our business evolves or laws/regulations change. If there are significant
changes, we will notify you via in-app pop-ups or announcements. Continued use of the App signifies your
agreement to the updated Privacy Policy.
